I see this car around all the time doing stupid stuff and parking where ever they think they want.
Just checked their insurance details today "NOT INSURED".
Next time I see them I'm going to double check and report them to the police for some minor incident in the hope they will realise it doesn't have insurance.#
(I've confirmed the car types to plates etc and this time it's all correct)

He was the only one
The cars in shot parked behind are actually parked in bays and not in the middle of the path like this wanker.

No Insurance
Apparently N462 SWD has no insurnace, I will need to check the motor insurers database in 7 days as there can be up to 7 days lag.
This car was moved later in the day so it's being driven.

N462 SWD
There is more to add to this.
This is is just 1 of 4 cars that day on the double yellows. Apparently having a dedicated car park with enough spaces for 20+ in this small street is too common for them.
The irony is, that the double yellows could have been placed there due to complaints from home owners about people using there street as parking. Although the "car park" was only half full.

Debugger
If you've ever done software programming, you'll have recourse to use a "debugger".
Several times when the debugger fails, I've had the message "Debugger is not working". If you don't get it, say it out loud.
